Business management ethics, meaning and examples

Just as there are ethics to cooking food, or to leave a good and sound health, there are also practical ethics to good and effective business management. Just as we already know the importance of management to business it can totally interest each and everyone of us to know about the ethics to good and effective business management. Business managerial ethics by definition is referred to those strategies and ways or to those guidelines and regulations in which all business managers performing managerial matters in a business organisation should abide by as to know, right or wrong, and, good or bad in all managerial processes. Below are the three main managerial ethics every business manager should be familiar with and must possess:

* Obey the law: it is nothing new to us, that management have law backing them. A business manager is expected to obey and follow the law of management at all cost. Such law is entrenched in the business plan of the organisation.

* Tell the truth: sincerity and honesty plays a very important role in management. Truthfulness and honesty at all times can make a business manager to be trusted by his folks. Clients and investors are more satisfied to do business with a truthful and sincere business manager.

* Respect for people: no matter how many years a business manager has stayed to acquire knowledge on managerial processes and matters, he or she shouldn't be proud but instead humble by attaining to each and everyone the respect they deserve.
