Product adjustment simply refers to a situation whereby a particular product whether goods or services is being adjusted in terms of size or quality possibly in order to favor the continuing running of the business or to channel the business products test and preference to a new target or market. It is absolutely important for business managers to consider adjusting their goods and services possibly from time to time in order to suit more business incentives. Possible reasons for product adjustment would be in order to make the product to remain unique especially if it has been substituted by so many products in the same line of business. While adjusting business products it is important that business owners and managers make sure to not reduce the quality of the product but rather increase its quality, often go ahead to reduce the size of the product especially in cases of increased cost of production.

Product adjustment should be the duty of the product manager who oversee how well the product is doing in the market and how potential customers and clients react to the purchasing of such product. Moreover they adjustment of product in a business organization should be a unanimous agreement of all members in the business organization.
