Can I make huge money with CPA marketing?

I have often heard about sites where you can earn money promoting their offers and I have visited their sites too, but the problem I faced there that I never found some good high-paying offers for India. It always shows good paying ones for some countries only. There on CPA sites like Offervault, Affplus, etc., they mention that they will pay money if their offer is completed as suggested. But, there it says the traffic is limited to certain countries that again limits the traffic source.
Also, not sure that they would be giving payment of the offer promoted or not because I haven't seen any proof of it by any people.

These are issues I faced here. Please comment if you are acquainted with these sites and have made money....
