Some people spend the entirety of their lives in religious circles learning the core essence of these religions. The end of it all is to emerge as worthy religious leaders. Can we classify religious leadership as a career that one can pursue. According to the Cambridge Dictionary, "a career is a job for which you are trained and in which it is possible to advance during your working life, so that you get greater responsibility and earn grater remuneration". It is clear from this definition that religious leadership is a career. Given that they are trained for it and they get promoted with higher earnings as they progress.

So how do you pursue a career in religious leadership. First of all, you must be a form believer in the religion you want to become a religious leader in. Secondly, you must be devoted to the teachings of that religion and thirdly, you must submit yourself to be mentored in that religion.
