Stress is considered to be a major dehumanizing health effects encountered by people in their various workplaces. However, It's important to remember that stress is a normal response to challenging situations and it's not always negative. However, when the stress becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on an individual's physical and mental well-being, and therefore it's important to address and manage it. There are many factors that can contribute to stress in the workplace, including:

HIGH WORKLOAD: A heavy workload and unrealistic deadlines can lead to feelings of pressure and anxiety.

LACK OF CONTROL: A lack of autonomy or control over one's work can create feelings of helplessness and frustration.

JOB INSECURITY: The fear of losing one's job can cause a great deal of stress, especially in times of economic uncertainty.

POOR RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES OR MANAGERS: Conflict or harassment in the workplace can create a negative and stressful environment.

ROLE AMBIGUITY: Unclear expectations or lack of information about one's role can lead to confusion and stress.

LACK OF SUPPORT: A lack of support from colleagues or managers can leave employees feeling isolated and unsupported.

LACK OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE: Long work hours and lack of flexibility can make it difficult for employees to manage their personal and professional responsibilities.

Change and uncertainty: Change or uncertainty in the workplace can cause stress and anxiety as employees may fear for their job security or may not understand how the changes will impact them.

Physical environment: A poor physical work environment, such as poor ventilation, lighting, noise and temperature can cause discomfort and lead to stress.

Being criticized at work is stressful. One way to manage this stress is to remember that despite their criticism, they are happy individuals who love their workplace and coworkers. Don't take it personally. Sometimes the criticism can become personal and abusive. Just try to breathe in and out to relieve the stress when that happens. Make sure you're getting plenty of sleep each night because sleep deprivation can make it emotionally harder to deal with the stress when it happens at work. Remember that coworkers are basically a second family! In fact, Tom Collins wrote a book called, "The Workplace Family." Sometimes your biological family can say mean things here and there even if they're one of the greatest families. Workplace families are like that. Just remember that despite those uncommon occurences, they still love you.

One of the major causes of workplace stress is totally when a business employee or a business owner indulges in too many activities at the same time in other words multitasking frequently in your business can totally lead to stress and fatigue. Majority of sole proprietors who owns and manages businesses alone usually encounter stress and fatigue possibly at the end of the day and the reason is because they carry out various business activities at the same time especially during situation where they encounter a huge number of customers as well as clients and to be able to satisfy the needs and wants of this clients and customers they need to accelerate the pace of attending to these customers and clients thereby breaking to themselves dehumanizing health effect in the form of stress and fatigue.

Stress and fatigue isn't absolutely something an individual should be take lightly because they have been records in which stress and fatigue usually lead to heart attack as well as kidney failure and liver failure, at the end of the day all this leads to death. Prioritising your business activities can be the best way as well as the starting point to alleviate workplace stress and what that means is that you can totally employ the service of another possibly a sales boy or a sales girl to help you with some business choice in order to ease stress.

Stress is so common in workplaces and it is brought about by so many things. One of them is having too much work to do. When the work load is heavy, you go home stressed.

Another reason is if you are not in good terms with your supervisor, colleagues or a customer. Especially if you engage in a quarrel or physical altercation.

You could also be in a job that you don't like. Maybe it is not your passion or you are doing something outside your career. You can feel that you are not on the right path and that you just don't like your current life.

There are so many causes of workplace stress, sometime work pressure increases too much. Sometime we face daily late hours sitting problem without getting overtime money. I personally face these types of stresses too much as I used to work in a private organization where M.D was sitting with their workers on daily basis he used to discuss common problems with them. In companies there are different post people are working where filters remain active but we all can understand the pressure of M.D without any filter so we started remain in stress almost all the time. As he was also firing workers when they were giving him some wrong answers of the questions. After 3 years finally I decided to give resign from there and then I started my own business.

You have actually said it all, another thing that could cause stress in a work place could also be the use of worn out or outdated materials. In a situation where you have to battle and fight all the time with the equipment at the office before you can actually do anything meaningful can be very annoying and frustrating. There would be times where you may not even feel like working again simply cause you know you would have to go and deal with does things. This could also lead to delay in productivity therefore creating unsatisfied customers that would not care to understand what you are going through.
