Causes of your frequent weakness and tiredness.

It is understandable that as a result of working hard or as a result of your industriousness in the course of carrying out your business activities and practices which is your source of income , an individual can be tired and weak at the end of every passing business day . But they are majority of people in the world today who know fully well that they do not engage in any hard work of any kind or activity but constantly or frequently feel tired and weak . But why do this occur ?well it is as a result of some factors and individual is over doing or not doing properly that affecting his physical strength and ability or motivation . Below are some of this activity :

TOO MUCH SEXUAL ACTIVITIES : a lot of men and women feel tired and weak today as a result of engaging in too much sexual activities . For example the men should understand that their manly and physical strength can be retained in them as long as they retained their semen . That is why a lot of men today are practicing the act of semen retention so as to be physically , emotionally and mentally alert and conscious . Even if you do not practice semen retention it is important that you do not engage in too much sexual activities but rather make it a once in a while activity.

INADEQUATE AND INSUFFICIENT SLEEP : majority of people feel tired and weak frequently as a result of not getting enough sleep . some people lie claiming that they are getting enough sleep but during the day there still feel tired and weak , having a sufficient and adequate sleep at night boosts our mental and physical faculties making it stay in a positive and equipped position to handle the next day activity .

3. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS): This is a medical disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that lasts for at least six months and isn't relieved by rest. CFS makes it difficult to function normally in daily life, and can be caused by viral infections, psychological stress or hormonal imbalance.
