Just like any contract to be contracted by people, there are attributes or characteristics that must be present to make a transaction a recognised contract..Same is applicable with a real estate contracr. Before concluding about a real estate contract the following factors must be present.

Presence of a buyer and a seller

in a good real estate contract there must be a prospective buyer which is the demanding party and a prospective seller which might be an agent or the owner of the real estate.

Another characteristics is that for real estate contract to be recognised both seller and buyer must be interested in a transaction at the same time

The next one is that the real estate in question must meet the desire and satisfaction of the buyer.

Another attribute to be present in any real estate contract is that both the buyer and seller must agree on undisputed and negotiated price..

What do you think?

Real estate contracts are a great place to start, because they're easy to understand and follow even if you're not a lawyer. Here's what you need to know about them:

1. If you put your home up for sale, you'll probably end up with an offer within the first few days. If you accept the offer, then it's all systems go and you'll get paid! If not, then you'll probably have some kind of counteroffer that will either lead to a settlement or a court case.

2. The contract is written in English, which means that anyone can read it without any problems at all. If there's any doubt about what needs to be included in the contract whether it's something small or big. it should be spelled out in plain language rather than leaving things ambiguous or vague.

3. The contract has two sides: one for each party involved in the deal (buyer and seller). They both have their own pages where they list all of their terms and conditions (including closing dates). Then there are pages where each party agrees to abide by each other's terms. so if one side violates its agreement with the other side then there will be consequences for breaking those agreements!
