Chrononutrition is eating the right foods at the right time of the day

This term chrononutrition is a sort of diet developed by Dr. Alan Delabos and Prof. Jean-Rober Rafin. It is the guide to eat the most nutritious food for the body in the morning, another set of food for lunch and another set for dinner. Some food are best eaten at a designated time according to the studies of the French doctor and the professor.
1. For the morning nutrition the best foods are vitamin C from orange and blueberry, yogurt, salmon and oat bran.

2. For lunch and dinner beans, turkey breast, spinach, tofu and soy beans, broccoli, carrots, walnuts. Sweet potato is for lunch only while wine is for dinner only.
3. Whole day foods are green or black tea and tomatoes.

Added guidance is to eat most for breakfast and the smallest quantity for dinner because the food may not be fully digested when you are sleeping.
 
Yeah taking the right food when due is the right thing to do for the body energy level. It doesn’t make sense to eat what is energy-dense in the evening or night when such would have been appropriate in the morning or afternoon. Taking light food should mostly be at night
 
Eating the right foods at the right time can never be compared to anything because it's the best thing you can give your body. If you are not taking the right foods, it will definitely tell from the way your body looks. Eating good foods at the right time, will strengthen you and make you feel healthy. I encourage foods that comprises vegetables.
 
Okay thank you for the information but I believe in all those things that have been mentioned and those food that we are to eat in the chrononutrition schedule should contains a lot of vegetables and not only fruits.... Vegetables is also important and must be included in any diet we are eating at any period of time as it doesn't harm the body.
