For those who have an idle land that can be turned into a farm you can think of the coconut which has little capital. It is not a business for now but a long term investment. Plant the coconuts during the rainy season and the planting should be 10 meters apart. The rains will take care of the baby trees that it will grow by itself. You just have to wait for 4 years before the coconuts would bear fruits. But the fruiting is continuous so the harvest will also be continuous and a good business with not much expenses except the harvesting and the transporting of the coconuts to the market.
