If you stop this consumption them you will be eliminating these extra calories everyday. Over months and years this really adds up. Therefore, making water your only drink with a very occasional serving of fresh juice in between is one of the easiest ways to lose weight.

Even if we are drinking water but without doing exercise to burn out the fat in our body system it is still possible that we may still gain weight because there is no way that we will be able to eliminate fat from all the food we eat. But people at this stage are always advised to take a lot of fruits and vegetables to help them.

We should avoid drinking alcohol as they can cause belly fat and weight gain as well and we should also avoid food that can lead to high cholesterol in the body which can lead to weight gain and even cause diseases to the body. We should eat food that have vital nutrient

Consuming excess calories can lead to high cholesterol in the body which causes weight gain so by Avoiding high calories food we will be able to control our weight gain

We can control the weight by not drinking alcohol because alcohol is one of the things that make people fat.also do a lot of exercise it helps the body a lot.also don't eat too much of food and always eat slowly.also eat a lot of fruit it helps the body a lot
