Diet 3 months ~ 8kg reduced ~

Recently, my self-consciousness has somehow loosened, and I've eaten some snacks ...

Meanwhile, I didn't gain or lose weight.

Well, it doesn't increase, so I feel like I'm getting used to this weight.

One thing I noticed was that if I had a little dinner or skipped it, I would have lost a little weight in the morning measurement.

However, it is about 1 kg different or not different from when I ate a solid dinner.

I wonder if "dinner" holds one key.
 
I don't really know if this is the best thing for you to do ,but I think the best thing you have to do now is to see your own personal doctor because they will be able to give you an idea of the best way you can lose weight. most times even if you are skipping dinner and eating fatty food the next meal will still make you to gain weight.
