Difference between land encroachment and easement

Easement is a legal right if s third party to use a land while encroachment is an illegal thing to do. it's about a property owner trespasses onto their neighbor’s property which is always beyond their property line.

With easements the home or landowner still have right to the property under easement but this is not same with encroachment. With encroachment the party encroachimg on the land or property tend to owned the encroached parte

The person encroaching on another property or land don't pay any compensation to the land owner infact they just criminally claim the encroached part but with easement compensation is paid to the land owner.
