Due to the recent happenings in the cryptocurrency space, we understand very well that cryptocurrency has been having difficulties with legal issues and this is also highlighted by a Chinese court. The court regards cryptocurrency regulation as uncertain and that is why the Chinese government issue a stance action against it . The court decision do not recognize cryptocurrency as what is protected by the law and it should not be used for business because it's dangerous. There is need for clear and comprehensive regulatory framework for cryptocurrency and this is very important so that it will protect the interest of all the stakeholders in the cryptocurrency industry.
