Do You Believe That Employees Deserve Bonus?

Bonus refers to rewards or any kind of privilages provided by the boss or the company to employees for achieving the targets set by the company or providing exceptionally well at your job. There are many sales jobs that pay good commissions if you sell goods at an exceptional rate and you will get even more bonus if you surpass the minimum target. I personally do believe that employees do deserve bonus because bonus motivates employees to work in a better way and this is also good for the company as well. However, there might be some cases where employees are not provided bonuses. So, what do you think? Do you think that employees deserve bonuses for all the efforts they put into selling or working hard?

It depends on the profits of the business. I know some businesses that are not earning a profit but they still give a bonus to their employees. They take a loan for the bonuses which is not a good step. Being fair in the business is to let the employees know the present state of the finances. If the company cannot afford to give a bonus then so be it.
