When I started writing online to make money, I found hubpages. It is a wonderful site for those who have passion in writing long articles. They as you to write at least 500 words with a preferred length of 1000 words or more. Even though it pays well, to succeed on the site, you need to be very active in publishing articles, building followers and interacting with the community to get exposure. You can only receive payment once your earnings reach $50 in the previous month and you only receive payment through paypal, which I think are two major drawbacks. YOu also need to build huge traffic from reliable sources.
