Does passion have a role to play during career choice?

Many persons have gone into a particular job not at will but because of some factors which should have not been the factors guiding career choice. Such things include the payment level, ease of work, etc.
Many have left the emphatic pursue of the field where they have passion for because of some of those above listed factors and today they are not content with what they are practicing because they never had passion for it. The time will come when all other reasons and factors will fade away and the only thing that can keep you going in your work is the passion you had and still have for what you do.
Passion is a self motivational factor. When you have developed the passion for something, you have self motivation to do it and you will perform and do better in it.
So I so much esteem passion when it comes to career choice. Do something that you fasho have passion for if not you may at long last lack the ability to continue and you won't give in your best for the development of the society and betterment of the lives of human beings both in your locality and tye whole and entire globe.
What do you think is a factor to consider in career choice?

Absolutely no individual can be satisfied and comfortable in a particular job or career in which he or she has nothing to give. Ever since we were students in secondary schools or high schools our teachers and tutors have always instilled in us the knowledge of choosing a career or job pertaining to our pleasure and passion. When an individual plans for the future towards his career and means of earning a living or she must do that pertaining to what he or she can do and cannot do.

Indeed many individuals have been able to get the career or job of their dream and this is because they are every strive and hard work was determined as a result of what they have in mind as their permanent source of earning a living. If you have the dream of becoming a doctor it is best to behave like a doctor, for starters you can start buying medical and doctor related text books and materials in order to read in advance possibly to pass examinations.

Yes of course, passion definitely have a role to play, the best advice to give a person who is seeking for a job or wants to go into the line of business or rather learn a ski is to tell such person to go for what ever they have passion for, because you will surely deliver and be more focus, determined and try doing your best,it is even fun to some extend.

Not going for what you have no passion for,you will not do well on the job and definitely would lack behind, why because you don't enjoy whatever you are doing, even if it involves money. Some people strive and work so hard just to fulfill their future dream.

So go for whatever you have passion for, make it a career if you must because it pays to be hard working and go for what you love doing. Choosing a good career is one of the vital part of our life.

I am of the view that passion for a job plays a role in the determination of a career. In an ideal situation, passion should be the driving factor behind wanting to pursue a certain occupation or career. However, sometimes out of desperation, and sometimes due to the economic implications of venturing into certain jobs, people are forced to pursue careers which they do not have the passion for and this is extremely regrettable.

Passion is a form of intrinsic motivation, but deciding not to translate this passion into a job or career means that the extrinsic motivation is what is keeping you working, and in time, this will eventually leave you satisfied, which will push you more and more towards achieving your life-long dream.

Therefore, it is important to follow your passion in life and pursue a career out of it in order to be constantly self-motivated. This will make you much happier than doing any other job
