There are 3 basic questions you must answer in your marketing message.
1. DO YOU CARE ABOUT ME?

This question is a question of compassion. The buyer wants to know if you understand the their need and have the interest of getting them out of the problem they have. You probably don't know that this is the first thing every buyer considers.

Why do we immediately place the order once a dear friend recommends a product or company? We believe they care about us and want the best for us. So at least 50% of doubt is gone quickly and before long, you've bought in. To answer this question you have to be emotional. Inject emotional fluids into the message.
2. CAN YOU HELP ME?

This is a question of competence.

"Can you help me?" that's it. Answer!
3. CAN I TRUST YOU?

This is a question of integrity. "Now you have spoken well, you've shown me that you have my best interest at heart and you've also shown your competence. Now how can I know I can trust you?" clients think.

In fact, they don't trust you. Why should they trust you? That's what you must show here.

So how do you answer this question?

Tell them how you've maintained a track record of having happy customers.
