Eating Nuts is good for Health

Nuts are scale-down energies, packed with great fat, protein, nutrients and minerals you can replenish. These concentrated well springs of energy deliver 160 to 200 calories for every small modest bunch, which makes them ideal in a hurry.

Nutmeg is similarly incredible choice, and they can be blended into smoothies without stretching too much, added to an organic product or spread between two slices of bread for a quick and simple dinner. However, this does not mean that you can eat as many nuts as you want.

Not all nuts are sound, and they are all high in calories, cooked with some restraint, raw or dry, and eaten whole grains along with whole protein and basic amino acids. Eat assortment, as it has different medical benefits.
 
I love nuts with little calories in them since I started my weight loss journey. I love to take them too in the mornings because just like fruits, nuts can keep one full for a long time. the healthy nuts that one can consume are peanuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, walnut and hazelnuts. These nuts are good to the body because they contain a lot of fiber, protein, fat, carbohydrate etc. These are nutrients will enhance or boost the health of the body. It can also aid in weight loss if one is trying to lose weight, the fiber will help keep one full all day
 
There are different types of nut and all this depends on the continents . we have the African nuts and I don't know if that is also the same that is available in your location. sometimes the size and the colour might be different depending on the location. I don't know about their nutritional value and differences in both of them.
