Eating of excess carbohydrate has to do with large amount of sugar that will be converted from carbohydrate to simply or complex sugar. This will increase the weight gradually in which the person will not be able to withstand at long run . This can also lead to heart attack, diabetes, and later to stroke. It is good to monitor the diets that we are taking in order to avoid excess weight gain, which can lead to this disease as I mentioned above. So, that is why it is good to monitor and to visit the nutritionist for what we are going to eat appropriately, so as to avoid a various disease in our lifetime, and also participate in daily exercise to burn out some carbohydrates that has turned to single or complex sugar out of the body this is the best way of life.
