It is indeed necessary it as a business owner and a business manager endeavour and ensure to maintain balance between his workers as well as employees and between the available level in business organisation. This bring us to the problem in which a majority of business owners and managers have today in the sense that they do not have in their minds the best way is and the best amount of employees they should employ that is suitable and enough to handle business activities as well as available business labor.

To strike a balance between you're available business employees and workers and between available level in the business organisation it is expected to employ and also recruits the best type of employees. Although this at first may not be easy but when you follow the rights criteria as well as the right mindsets, an individual is more likely to grow and to develop his or her business by employing the right set of employees who are capable to handle responsibilities and priorities in the business.

It is necessarily important for employees in a business organisation not to exceed the available labour activities available in a particular business organisation and the reason is because when employees exceed available labour in a particular business organisation there would be a contrast or a setback in productivity. In order to make sure that there is equality between employees and available activities to be performed in and out of the business organisation the business manager must make sure to recruit smaller amounts of employees during the initial stage of the business establishment.

Many employers and business owners absolutely make the mistake of employee large amount of employees during their initial business establishment thinking that doing so will boost productivity but if we need to capitalise on that, that definitely affect the productive factor of a particular business organisation but instead it gives rise to anxiety and also for the business to be able to pay off employees in due time .

I totally agree with you business ownersn or employers need to balance their employees and available labor by offering flexible work arrangements.

They need to involve the employees in their decisions making to also get their opinions, they need to do more of investing in hiring and training the employes same with , implementing effective scheduling practices and totally offer competitive benefits packages to the employes


The employees just need good treatment which will boost their morale to work tirelessly. The truth is that by doing these things you would see to it that your workers are not only happy but they are healthy and productive too.
