I would really love to know which types of exercises are best for senior citizens, I wish you could expound more on that as it is your topic. I think theirs should just be light exercises and not strenious ones like we young people do. My mum told me about one of her friends who died because of doing heavy exercises in a gym. It made me know that not all exercise routines work for all ages.

Yes, I understand our concern about the light exercise for the older people. I have not included the extensive or heavy exercise for them. You just read the exercise and get to know all about.

A dynamic exercise for seniors means there is somehow enough stress on the muscles. Take for instance the zumba exercise which is like a dancing aerobic the dancer would be sweating after 15 minutes because of the exertion of the muscles not only in the feet but also in the hands and probably the waist too.

Senior citizen are only advice to engage in some simple exercise such as bicycle riding and they shouldn't engage in heavy exercise such as heavy weightlifting because this type of exercise can be dangerous to them at this point because they do not have the heart capacity and the ability to withstand it. Juggling is also good.
