The experienced professionals are paid more because they are well trained, have handled more work, have more knowledge of the different cases. Also experienced professionals are having better judgement and are less likely to make mistakes. They are also more efficient and can complete the work faster. So they are paid more and no one complains when they are paid more for their work, because they are more productive. In order to become successful, you need to be skilled, knowledgeable and expert on your niche. If you have skills, knowledge, and expertise, you have high chances of getting hired. If you are hired you will have chances to prove yourself, you will gain experience, When you have experience, you will be in a better positive to negotiate for a better position in the company or better pay. You can even use your experience as a bargaining chop to move to another company. The key to becoming successful in your career is build experience. However, you cannot build experience at once, you will have to work hard, work for many years, or even work in multiple companies and multiple jobs to gain experience.
