Factors that causes low employees retention.

There can be a variety of factors that contribute to low employee retention in a company. However before we consider some of this fact is it is very much important that we understand the importance to retain employees. Some employees and workers in a business organisation or company are so much diligent in their activities as well as their roles pertaining to the growth and development of the business, in such situation it is very much important for the business organisation to do their best to retain such diligent employees. To some extent majority of business organisations are unable to maintain and retain these diligent employees and some of the common causes include:

* Poor management: Employees may be more likely to leave a company if they do not feel supported or valued by their managers.

* Lack of career advancement opportunities: Employees may be more likely to stay with a company if they see potential for career growth and advancement.

* Poor work-life balance: Employees may leave a company if they feel like they are being asked to work excessive hours or do not have a good balance between their work and personal lives.

* Poor company culture: A toxic or negative company culture can be a major turn-off for employees and may lead to high turnover.

* Underpayment/Low pay: If employees feel that they are not being fairly compensated for their work, they may be more likely to look for opportunities elsewhere.

* Lack of benefits: Employees may value a comprehensive benefits package and may be more likely to stay with a company that offers good benefits.

* Lack of job satisfaction: If employees are not satisfied with their job duties or feel like their work is not meaningful, they may be more likely to leave.

By addressing these issues and working to create a positive and supportive work environment, companies can improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
