The liver alone does more than five hundred jobs. But some of the habits we do affect the liver. Alcohol, and unhealthy eating habits, can affect the liver. Toxins accumulate in the liver and cause hepatitis. So, it is important to clean the liver. This can be done through food.

Certain types of foods are good for cleansing our liver. The liver is the most important organ in the human body. This is what does the important job of cleansing our body that helps to expel the toxins in the body. But the alcohol, fatty foods, sugar, etc., which we consume can cause liver damage.

The liver is good at converting toxins into waste products, purifying the blood, and metabolizing nutrients and medicines. Liver work is one of the best. So, allowing the liver to fail can be life threatening. Even taking prescription pills to keep the liver healthy can cause us side effects.
