Global / International paid survey sites?

I found surveytalkers.com and it's paying me sometimes $2 or $3 for pretty quick surveys which is nice. But I'm moving to another country soon and I'm wondering, do these global/international survey sites generally pay the same independently of where you live?

Many legitimate survey sites, which accept international members, such as ySense, Swagbucks, Survey Junkie, Toluna etc. but unfortunately most survey sites will classify the country where you live based on tier, countries belonging to tier 1 will get the biggest reward, and the bigger the country tier, the smaller the reward will be. After I visited the Surveytalkers site, so if you move countries, you can switch panels by registering as a new member.
