I have recently gone across one user testing site on the web, that looks legit with its site and with some reviews I read on some sites. But, I haven't seen any kind of payment proof of it.
About the site:
UX Validately is a platform where you need to have a PC with you to start off, as any user testing site mostly requires. Also, you need to have a good microphone and have a good command in English as they instruct on the site's main page. It also shows that the big tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft have used this platform. There is no investment required here. They claim on the site that they pay via PayPal.
