Heart attack mostly happens when the blood flowing through the heart blocks
Symptoms of heart attack are
1. Upset stomach, sweating, dizziness and vomiting
2. Pain in the chest or arm, pressure, tightness and discomfort
3. Fast heart beat
4. Indigestion
5. Shortness of breath
6. Vomiting or nausea
6. Usual fatigue
7. Discomfort in upper back, shoulder and the neck
Causes of heart attack
1. The misuse of drug can as well lead to heart attack like using hard drugs like cocaine prevent the blood from supplying through the heart
2. If there is no much oxygen in the blood it can also lead to heart attack because the heart we receive un oxygenated blood
3. Having torn blood vessels can endanger the heart health which can lead to having heart attack
 
When the blood are not able to flow through the heart properly it usually cause heart attack and other diseases as well
 
Heart attack can be caused by hypertension and other health cases as well that is why it is good to always take proper care of our health to avoid certain implications
 
A situation whereby an incident you did not prepare for happens e.g accident it can cause heart attack and it is very dangerous.someone with heart attack will development pain In the chest and also the person will have serious headache.also taking drugs withdraw a doctor prescription can also cause heart attack
 
Misuse of drugs do cause heart attack and sudden or unexpected attack can also lead to heart attack most especially in old age people
 
Indigestion can cause heart attack most especially in adult and heart attack causes the heart beat to be faster than usual
 
What are the symptoms of heart attack?

The major symptoms of a heart attack are

Chest pain or discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center or left side of the chest that lasts for more than a few minutes or that goes away and comes back. The discomfort can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain.Feeling weak, light-headed, or faint.You may also break out into a cold sweat.Pain or discomfort in the jaw, neck, or back.Pain or discomfort in one or both arms or shoulders.Shortness of breath. This often comes along with chest discomfort, but shortness of breath also can happen before chest discomfort.

Other symptoms of a heart attack could include unusual or unexplained tiredness and nausea or vomiting. Women are more likely to have these other symptoms.

Heart attack are mostly caused by indigestion or when addicted to smoking and drinking as it damages the heart and the kidney
 
Heart attack can also be caused by asthma because it prevent you from breathing very well which can cause heart failure
