Come to think of it that small home-based businesses are operating free of tax. I have only noticed it during this pandemic era when those who lost their jobs improvised with home-based business for their livelihood. Most of the small home-based business that I see now are selling.
Selling cooked food within the neighborhood is a home-based business that doesn’t need to be registered so it is tax free. But if the business would grow that will be catering to companies in the vicinity then registration might be imperative which can lead to tax payments. The point in this thread is to avail of a small home-based business of selling whatever you can sell. It is a nice feeling to run a business that is tax free.
