It is common to have fatigue in today's fast paced life. In summer, headache arises due to fatigue, which can be troubling for a long time. Because of this headache, the mind does not feel to do any work, and the situation becomes irritating. It is important to get rid of this headache soon. For this, you have to find out some good remedy that will help you get relief from the headache in minutes.
So, you should know about these remedies. If the problem of headache is constant, then, in the morning, you should eat an apple or two sprinkled with salt, on empty stomach. Drink lukewarm milk after this. Eating it for a few days can get rid of headache.

To relieve the headache immediately, wrap a piece of ice in a cloth and keep it on your forehead for a while. The headache will be relieved in ten minutes. If you have heaviness in the head then put cloves, turmeric and ginger, make tea and drink.

For quick relief from headache, mix salt in clove powder, make paste and drink with milk. Headache will be reduced in few minutes. Grind cloves and apply it on the head. Garlic is a natural painkiller. Grate some buds of garlic and squeeze them and drink its juice. This will also ease the headaches. Headaches also occur due to muscle tension.

Stress sometimes can also lead to headache.
 
Headaches can be due to being too stressed up so if you try to sleep for some hours you might be able to get rid of the headaches
