Time is known for being a crucial asset which a business owner or business manager should not joke or play with. We are all familiar with the saying that time waits for no one and it's obviously takes a wise and sensible individual to manage his or her time because time is a scare resource. Time management have so much to do with productivity because in order to enhance productivity in a business organization, it is therefore important that each personnels or superior in the business organization knows how to manage time.

Management of time in a business organization can be done through the segregation of duties which involves cutting down large amount of workload to smaller parts to be handled by various personals so that wastage of time can the limited.
