How much sun heat is too much.

The sun has been one of the most important feature and characteristics of our God given solar system . We all are familiar with the fact that the sun is responsible for radiating light and heat to our planet and other planets in the solar system . Even plant and other plants related creatures uses heat from the sun coupled with mineral resources contained in the soil to make their own food so as to boost growth and development thereby reaping and bearing large quantity and amount of crops and produce and output .

What about on human beings , the existence of the sun has deeply impacted the survival of human beings . Health analyst and doctors have testified to the fact that they good rays from the sun is a very good source of increasing the male testosterone . I'm staying shirtless under the sun for some specific amount of time has significant advantage to the human body . Heat from the sun is also a good source of vitamin d which is responsible to improve bone health in human beings , lower blood pressure , prevent diseases like heart related disease , and promote mental health in human beings . Yet , heat from the sun should be taken by human beings in moderation because they are some negative consequences of receiving too much heat from the sun . Receiving too much heat from the sun makes the human skin to darken thereby killing important nutrients that makes the human skin glow . Too much heat from the sun also dehydrate the human body making of testing and become in need of water . Finally receiving too much heat from the sun can be harmful to our immune system making it weak to combat diseases and illnesses . Doctors and health researchers have make it clear staying shirtless under the sun on a normal day for more than 30 minutes is harmful .
 
You shouldn't really expose yourself too much on the sun because it might affect you , although it does not always affect people rapidly but is also possible to have a serious effect of sun burn. it will also depend on your location that will determine the effect of the sun on your skin and it can also be determined by the weather condition of your country and also the season .

Someone who is living in Europe may not likely have any problem with most weather condition over there because is not like most tropical countries here that the weather condition is harsh . But people who are living in the trophic country or a deserted region are always advised to try as much as possible to protect themselves from the sun because too much of sun exposure leads to sun skin changes , skin burn is one of the most popular effects of too much of sun here.

Not really here alone, if your location is such that there is a serious and harsh climate weather condition , it is always advisable that you try as much it would be safer to protect yourself because there is some scientific studies that too much of sun can possibly leads to skin cancer and alterations if our DNA .
