Sometimes a business or commercial Enterprises do encounter a huge amount of responsibilities and activities in which it has, and must to execute especially if the execution of such responsibilities and activities is time-constrained. In situations like this, the employees and workers to such business organisation will have to extend the time interval in which they closes from work, in other to make sure that these responsibilities and activities facing the business organisation can be successful and adequately achieved or accomplished as expected and planned. The shift of closing time by employees and workers explain in the scenario above, could be termed and described as job shift. Most times employees job shifting comes at the right time but also it can come at the wrong time when a particular employee doesn't need it.
