In certain parts of the world, Malaria is the most common disease and one of the leading causes of death in children.

It has serious impacts on the mental,. physical and financial well-being of the affected nations. Instead of trying to solve the problem by spending more money all the time on treatment, why not spend such time and efforts on preventative measures?

One of the ways that's highly effective to prevent Malaria is the use of mosquito nets. Like any living organism, starve them of food and they will eventually die. They also have no way to spread the parasite from one person to another without biting people.

Another way is maintaining a clean environment. Like flies, they flourish in areas where there is sufficient breeding grounds for their young. Keeping drainages clean and covered will significantly hinder their reproduction process.

Recently, a full treatment course of three days consisting of Sulphadoxine and Amodiaquine is being prescribed for children 3 months to 5 years as a preventive measure. This has reduced the frequent incidences of Malaria and the associated costs of treatment.

There are a lot of ways that we can use to prevent malaria like us being careful let's say we make sure that we use mosquito nets if you know you can't fleet the house so it is either you use mosquito fleet or you use the mosquito net so as to prevent malaria.

Though the best way to avoid mosquitoes or malaria is by making sure that we make our environment clean so that the mosquitoes will not be able to stay around cuz they don't like where is very clean so it will make your environment to be clean in to prevent you from having a mosquito bite which we prevent malaria and always make sure that you release the house once in a while so that even if most people want to stay you'll be able to get rid of them and prevents you from mosquito bite which will make you not to have malaria

It is not good for you to let mosquitoes to stay around as it causes a lot of harm to your health just like this malaria always make sure that your surroundings are very clean and take care of your drainage as well

If you're in an area where malaria is present, take precautions to avoid contracting it. Here are some tips:

1. Use insect repellent on your skin as necessary. You can also spray plants with mosquito repellent if necessary, or wear a bug net over your bed at night.

2. Wear long clothing that covers your arms and legs so mosquitos will have trouble biting you (this also protects you from ticks).

3. Avoid sleeping in areas where there are lots of mosquitos (like under a tree with leaves) because mosquitoes will breed in these areas specifically because they know there won't be any competition for food or space among other mosquitoes. If this happens at home, get rid of all objects that could serve as breeding grounds.

One of the best ways to stay healthy is to eat healthy. The trick behind staying healthy is building a strong immune system and to do this, we need to eat healthy. Often times the sweets we eat actually affects our immune system. Too much sweets kills our immune system. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Natural drinks made from pawpaw leafs or pear leaf, though bitter but very good against fighting malaria. Often times i have fallen sick with malaria, instead of buying drugs, i just for for these leafs and i see positive results.

Best way to avoid Malaria from a mosquito bite is to take B Vitamins daily, like B50 or complex.Bites do not have as near as bad an effect, compared to a person not taking them. The person not taking them might get away with being bitten on their own luck or what have you,but taking b vitamins b50/b complex is a good safeguard, and very helpful in preventing Malaria.
