The same way you would want employees that are dear to your heart, is the same employees want of you. It is better to always have a symbosis relationship with your Employees. This way you are looked at as an exploitative Boss that want to enslave others for selfish gains.
Remember In your company you would be dealing with adult that might be smarter than you think. So they know when they are being enslaved and might not give you the best of what you need. So it is better to be the opposite and you are liked naturally.
When your employees love you as a person without you having to do a lot, then you are already having a team that will be cooperative and loyal to you.
So how can you achieve this;
1. Be fair in your dealings
2. Help the staff wherever and however you can
3. Pay attention to the complaints of workers
4. Pay salary on time and release compensation to those due
5. Teach them than scolding.
