Hey everyone,
We all think that being physically fit is all about doing exercises or going to the gym. But in reality being physically fit is not about all those. It's about what you are allowing your body to consume. It's about eating healthy, staying hydrated and having positive mental energy. There are those who just have big obesity body due to their family DNA but that doesn't mean they are unhealthy. Infact if you drink alot of water everyday, you will end up losing weight a lot faster than you think. Eating balance diet is also recommended. Its also not bad to eat junky because sometimes our bodies crave for that but eat it in a discipline manner, one in a while .
Lastly Love your body the way it is. Nobody should make you feel insecure of your body or how you eat . And remember everything always starts with your mind. How you've programmed your mind is how you body is going to react. So program your mind in eating healthy from today and decided that for yourself because when you turn 60 years old is when you will know the importance of good health. So start having healthy eating schedule but do not starve yourself or dieting yourself too much , this two actually increases the rate of gaining weight. Never limit yourself from eating something just because you fear gaining weight. If your body asks you to eat a certain food, Eat it! But don't over do it. Control your mind, your mind will control your body and you will have weight control as a result.
