How to be physically Fit

Hey everyone,
We all think that being physically fit is all about doing exercises or going to the gym. But in reality being physically fit is not about all those. It's about what you are allowing your body to consume. It's about eating healthy, staying hydrated and having positive mental energy. There are those who just have big obesity body due to their family DNA but that doesn't mean they are unhealthy. Infact if you drink alot of water everyday, you will end up losing weight a lot faster than you think. Eating balance diet is also recommended. Its also not bad to eat junky because sometimes our bodies crave for that but eat it in a discipline manner, one in a while .
Lastly Love your body the way it is. Nobody should make you feel insecure of your body or how you eat . And remember everything always starts with your mind. How you've programmed your mind is how you body is going to react. So program your mind in eating healthy from today and decided that for yourself because when you turn 60 years old is when you will know the importance of good health. So start having healthy eating schedule but do not starve yourself or dieting yourself too much , this two actually increases the rate of gaining weight. Never limit yourself from eating something just because you fear gaining weight. If your body asks you to eat a certain food, Eat it! But don't over do it. Control your mind, your mind will control your body and you will have weight control as a result.
 
Loving one’s self as one is just like you have stated isn’t bad, at least it will help in raising one self esteem but it is also good to do whatever is great to be in a tptop shape. Being obese isn’t great so you need to lose weight to avoid sicknesses that come with that
 
Beingphysically fit is something anyone must try as much as possible to achieve because it is very necessary and when you are physically fit you cannot fall into sickness easily. I recently started a physical fitness exercise plan with an app I downloaded on Google play store and I am going to do it for a month. The app seems very good and has a rating of 4.9 stars.
 
Being fit is a nice way live a healthy life. When you are physically healthy and fit, you will be smart enough to do most energetic things. If you are exercising most days, you are building your body to be strong and making your bone to be healthy. As you are exercising and sweating, you will be burning fats and calories, which makes you more healthy.

Yes you are right. My opinion is if you want to be physically fit then you must be mentally fit. However your physical fitness gives you the better mental stat but it is also known that if you want to be physically fir then you must have a good mental situation so that you can focus on it. Now come to the point, for being physically fit you must do the exercise on daily basis. Whatever exercise you want to do you may do but running, walking and other exercises can be the part of your daily exercise routine.

You are also right. Mental health is always the key to all health issues actually. Having mental health makes you have positive energy, makes you manifest anything you've ever wanted in life, mental health makes you even have healthy relationships. Everything in human being existence has to always start with the mind. The mind is the only thing that can make you rich or poor, healthy or unhealthy, happy or sad and so much more.
