The thing is that there's no one that does not like quality products and services. So same with most customers they love quality goods and services. They will keep patronizing someone who gives that to them

You must also put a whole lot of work and interest on your customer service because they are customers and clients who are attracted to business organisations that have good and unbeatable customer service and also your workers and your employees must be of good behaviour to both incoming and outgoing customers and clients.

If we are in business then we need to retain our potential customers, because they reached UpTo that level after a long time and very hard struggle. In my last company, Mineral Asia where we do have a list of our potential customers. Every Tuesday and Saturday my M.D specially sit with me and was discussing each and every potential customer in detail. As what is his status, is he happy or annoyed. Why his last order was a little bit less or high, what can we do further for him. These types of meetings remain result oriented and play very important role in company's growth.
