How to conserve energy at work

If you are working in a highly energy draining jobs then you need to devise means by which you can still conserve your energy while your job done.

High energy sapping jobs can leave one exhausted and tire all the time and these two are not good at all for our health.

So can you conserve your energy even at work.

Delegate duties especially if you are in position to do so. This way you wouldn't have to waste too much energy on jobs you could share to others

Adjust your working hours.You need to work on hours that are convenient for you. Know when to stop and try to stop so that your energy is conserve

How else would you work less than to automate as many tasks you can. This means that you don't need to manually do these jobs that can drain you of your little energy. you would conserve your energy this way

Another thing is to take breaks to keep your energy levels up. The energy we have expended get replenish when we take a break from work to rest. So you can conserve your energy through this means. You can also take a break from attending meetings that are not necessary.

I can also say that having enough sleep too is very important.
 
Health is very important especially when it's comes to work, so you need some adjustments to start looking better, feeling great,and performing at your best while you're working.

Eat right-look better
Some people are too busy to an extent they can't have a good meal for themselve
Here is some tips: listen to your stomach, stop eating when you're full, avoid wholesome food while working,done skip meal, because you may feel starve and tend to overeat.

Exercise more------ feel great!
Exercise boost your immune system and also release brain chemical that call you , on other word, allow you to focus while working. Exercise increase your fin, and it one of the secret to success.
Why not try it atleast at your leisure hours.
 
When it comes to stuffs like this, diet is the number one culprit, our bodies are like machines , they depend on the food you put in them, think of it like a fuel for a machine, if you put less fuel you get less efficiency and if you put more fuel you get more efficiency, as simple as that, if you work a job that is energy draining, what you should focus on is the food you eat, carbohydrates should be minimized and eat more protein, like a typical combination for where I live should be small rice with a lot of meat or egg, this will give you energy and vitality to do work at an optimal level.

You should also stay hydrated, not with soda though, with normal water, make sure you keep water with you always, when you do this your body will not stress you at all at work.
 
Body no be firewood, exactly as they say. Our body need rest, our brain too need to relax, we should time to sleep, to refresh our memories, it's does a lot of things to the body.
