There's scarcity of jobs now and this has brought untold hardship to some people. but if you know how to you can create jobs to hire more people then it wouldn't be a bad idea especially if where you are or your company can accommodate more people. Then you can create jobs for more people using the below methods:
1.Fish out the challenges faced by the company: You would need to bring to the notice of others the challenges that the company is facing. The supervisors might not even notice them. So scan and bring them out to them
2. Meet the authorities with it: The next thing will be letting them know about your solution to the challenges. Which will be to create vacant position or positions that people can apply to help tackle the challenges
3. list out the needed skills: You would need to go ahead to list the right skills for the vacancy or vacancies you have created. This is to be sure that only those with the right skill sets would be employed.
After this will be calling for applicants to filled the position. The good thing here is that job vacancies have been created 5o bring in more people to work than them still being unemployed.
