How to easily achieve your goals at work

1. Set aside 15 minutes to do your most important tasks first thing in the morning.

2. Make a list of all the things that need to be done, then prioritize them by importance and difficulty.

3. Create a system for working with your team so everyone has a clear understanding of what needs to be done, when and who is doing it.

4. Don't just do work in your own time; you're more productive when other people are around you, too!

5. If you're trying to get something done, don't spend hours looking for an answer online; just ask someone who knows or find an answer yourself in less than five minutes (and don't forget to share your findings).

6. Try different methods of getting things done (instead of always using the same one), like brainstorming instead of planning out everything ahead of time, or just doing it at random intervals throughout the day instead of waiting for one specific time period each day (like every hour).

7. If you're working on something repetitively, try breaking up that task into tiny pieces so each part becomes easier over time.

I think a key to doing things in the best possible ways is knowing the best possible way you can do it. You must find out in what ways and conditions you were able to do some of the most outstanding things you did.

For example it will be unwise decision to say that you should do things alone when your productivity is maximum when you are around other people. Find out what kind of situation brings out the best in your and do things when you are subject to such a situation.

And also it will be a nice thing that you find ways that you can improve on things that you do. Some people stick to a single way of doing something and that will not give room for them to evolve and improve on their delivery.

Also, the more you do something, the better ways if doing it you will begin to discover. One has to stay consistent in doing things.
