The appointment letter is a document that one must always have around since it contains a lot of information about the contract of the job . So it must always be with an employees as an evidence to show that one has been officially hired for a job.

But unfortunately sometimes one could misplaced the one given. You don't have to do nothing about it when it gets lost. you don't know the future, it might just be what you need as an evidence for the future

So how can you get or retrieve your another appointment letter after a lost one.

From your Boss

A worker Appointment letters are always two copies: which one is handed to the employee and the other one left to be filed by the employer. So if you lose yours you can approach your boss to get a copy of the appointment letter again.

Administrative office
Another place you can ask and request for your appointment copy again since you have lost the previous one is the administrative office.This is the office that keep document, file or data. So it is good to find out to get either from the admin's office or desk.
