I'm always an advocate to push better when it comes to anything beneficial. A fast growth in a career brings self fulfilment. so how can you achieve fast growth.

Start by learning very fast on the jobs. When you learn the rudiments of your job, you would be to work at your pace and achieve a lot for yourself and the career.

Attend the necessary training: Seasonal training is very important as it helps one be updated in knowledge. Technology comes with new knowledge and ways of doing things. you need to find out the new demands of your career and work with it. it will help you to be up to date with the demands of your career.

You can grow rapidly in your career through three ways. Well, there might be more ways but I find these methods more doable.
Dedication: You need to be dedicated to your work, you need to finish assignments in time, never delay your work, if the company demands some extra work from you, be ready to work few more hours, etc.
Skills: Build skills, not only the skills that are required for your job but also other skills that might help your company. Let's say you are a graphic designer and you work in an ad agency. The company also needs marketer, why not also learn marketing so that your company can benefit more from you.
Relationship: Build good relationship with your staff, executive board, managers, etc. Never develop love relationship with your co-workers. If you like someone try meeting after office hours, keep your relationship our of your work.
