Age discrimination might be against the labor laws in some countries but it still doesn't stop some people or workers experiencing it in the workplace
Age discrimination is real for both young and old In the workplace depending on which side the workplace works for but whichever way you need to know how to deal with it.



Be confident about your age by Owing it. You can't lie about it so be a candidate or worker with confidence. feel good about your age and what you’ve accomplished thus far.

Use it to your advantage. if you are an older person use it to our advantage . Exhibit wisdom than the inexperienced. This will make you more outstanding.

if you are a candidate focus more on what you can contribute to the workplace. remove the focus from your age and put it on what the company will get if they hire you.

Age discrimination is one of the challenges one face at work and it can be so frustrating. Both young and old can face this challenge and it's best if one can find a way around it. Whether young or old,be confidence in yourself and your age,I understand some people do reduce or add to their age because of this and seems those who has a small status or baby face are those who face this the most, thou it depends on the type of job afterall.

If it's a young person and has a good knowledge and wisdom people may try to find one or two fault on the person just to make the person feel bad,why some are out of jealousness and how well they see you put things in perfect order. Focus on your work and try to make a beat out of it because as a human,we can never please everyone a d never let why others says get to you.
