As a business employee or a sole proprietor, you are expected to behave and act diligently in your business if you have the desire or the mindset to see it grow into a successful and admirable one. With that being said, it is possible to say that majority of sole proprietors and organisational employees are definitely finding it hard to maintain their productivity at work possibly due to other distractions going through their minds when they are supposed to carry out their business or job responsibility.
