The mind is a powerful spot in the body that help you understand, remember things, think, feels and even reason. So as you try to make money you need to make your mind be always at alert to help you focus and concentrate to make the best out of your time. When once your mind is disturbed, it becomes difficult for you to processed things properly. This is why you need your mind to be at alert always to help you accomplish your work either online or offline. So how can you keep your mind at alert always?

1. Start by catching enough sleep to always relax the mind better

2.Avoid smoking that will disturb the mind

3. Learn to remain physically fit, this will help the mind to be alert always

4. If possible try to limit or cut away alcoholic drinks, this isn’t good for the mind

Learn to feed your mind as well with great food.

According to my own point, our is a central processing units of the body that help us to understand, remember a word and to focus something but without our mind there would be problem.
We would not be able to concentrate. And stress is a major enemy of our mind.

To keep our mind alert we some major steps.

1. Exercise your body to keep mind alert.

2. Never put pressure on your mind

3. Eat more fruit and vegetables

4. Never smoke and avoid alcohol.

5. Rest enough at list 8hrs at night and one hours in the siesta.

If you try all this little thing, it would help your mind to work well and accomplished the tusk.

Definitely, the mind is like the central unit of our body as such we need to keep it has healthy and alert as possible. The mind helps us to concentrate and focus on things that will get us going in life. so it is important or of essence to always keep the mind active as it will help us function well. the list of things you give is the key the mind needs to be fed better to produce good. Again, we live in a world of pressure but we should avoid pressuring the mind since it is like a store house. we get a lot from the mind as such we need to be conscious about keeping it sound

The human brain which make up the mind , is very responsible for almost every activities and practices that goes on in the body . The brain is considered to be the mother box of the body which every other organ in the body takes permission from in order to perform its duty or activity . Sadly majority of people have engaged in various activities that have deteriorate their brain and other brain components , making it weak , unmotivated , and unstable to carry out activities and practices . Over drinking of alcohol and smoking is one of the main activity that have deteriorate our brain making it ineffective to carry out a duty .

The habit of smoking in all ramification is very bad and must be discouraged if we want to maintain a sound and alert mindsets and faculties . On the other hand drinking in itself is not bad , but over drinking is what is bad . When an individual indulge in over drinking of alcohol , his brain faculties have a good number of capacity that can hold , but over passing that capacity deteriorate and make it hard on the brain to bear and manage . Frequent overdrinking could lead to various serious health issues which could result to death .

Your submission is valid and I think everyone need to come to terms with this, if you want to keep your mind from be crowded then you need to keep away from things and substances that will becloud it.

The mind need to be kept inntop shape to avoid it being dull or disturbed. When once the mind isn't kept to function at the optimum then it becomes a problem keeping it at alert. I believe that the mind works hand in hand with the brain, it takes the mind to be peaceful to get a good concentration with the brain. So smoking any substance that will harmful to the body will definitely affect both the mind and the brain. whoever needs an alert brain needs to start by keeping the mind alert.

Mind is the crucial part of our body because your body and mind are interconnected. It is very important that your mind is always stay alert in order to do work properly, with proper attention or focus.And it will only possible when your mind will remain calm,relax and without stress.For making your mind alert we should do some things on daily basis .These things are taking proper sleep at night at least for 8 hours,make your habit of reading because reading makes your mind sharp and active,eat a healthy food ,good physical health ensures that your mind is healthy,in order to empower your mind meditate is very important ,play games ,in order to do work for long hours you should drink some coffee and get proper sunlight etc.Avoid the habit of drinking alcohol or smoking .You should eat that kind of food which makes your brain or mind strong for example you should eat nuts,almond,broccoli etc.Sometimes too much work makes your mind stressful and depressed. So,avoid unbearable working,We should do that kind of excercise that boost our mind or makes our memory sharp.You will only be able to work the whole day when you will feel your body and mind healthy and alert

-Play a game that works your brain, like Sudoku or scrabble.

-Take a class in something you've always wanted to learn.

-Keeping yourself physically active helps keep your brain sharp. Go for a walk or run, or do yoga.

-Have some caffeine! A cup of coffee is an easy way to perk up your mind for the day

Chewing gum can also help wake you up and keep your mind sharp, so if coffee's not your thing, give chewing gum a try!

These are really great tips to help improve the mind. Which is a good move which will come with so many benefits. Your mind will be more alert and you will be able to understand things better. It will also improve your memory which is a great thing that will be beneficial in most situations.

One way to keep your brain healthy is by taking physical exercise really seriously. The physical exercise you do does alot to your brain. First, it relaxes it and so you will just be calm and thinking clearly. This kind of mind is able to learn faster and remember things clearly. Then it also improves your neurons to work better.

Another way to keep a healthy brain is to focus on your mental health. People who have mental health issues have a really unhealthy mind. They don't concentrate well, have trouble with memory and are not so good with learning. So they miss out on many opportunities.

Lastly, you can Care for your brain by avoiding unhealthy lifestyles. One of them being that of using drugs. Smoking, drinking alcohol and hard drugs like cocaine can really mess up your brain. It is best to steer clear from them. Even lifestyle addictions that cause so much stress due to their unacceptability in the society like porn addiction are best to be cured from.
