How to Know if Your Customers are Happy With Your Product

If you're a small business owner or manager, you know how important it is to keep your customers happy. You want them to come back for more, and as much as possible, you want them to recommend your business to others.

But how can you tell if they're happy with your product and service? And what if they say they are? What do you do then?

One of the best ways to ensure that your customers are happy is by asking them directly. This is especially true in the case of a new product or service that has not yet been offered by your company. If people have no idea what they are getting themselves into when they sign up for something new, they may not be satisfied with their purchase.

You can also get feedback on current services and products by asking customers questions about them. For example, if you're selling shoes online, ask customers whether or not they like their shoes and what kind of shoes would be better for them. You can also ask about their experience with shipping times and if there were any issues during the process (such as damaged goods).
