Employees are highly important and vital in any organization, they help the company in one way or the other to improve in her services.
I'm most cases it is the ideas of the employees that gives victory and good credits to the company.
Just as we have the ones we also have the bad ones too, but the question is how will the managers in charge detect the creative ones and non creative?
One way to know and also test their creativity is during an interview, when an interview is being taken, as an experienced and intelligent employer you can ask him or her some technical questions concerning their applied jobs.
Their answers will determine if they can with stand the pressure and responsibilities involved in the work, their response to your questions will also prove to you if they're creative or not.
