The things we do on daily basis has a great impact on our overall health. It is very important to always live a healthy lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle can contribute to longevity of a person.

In this post I am going to highlight some of the things we need to do on regular basis in order to live a healthy lifestyle.

Eat Balanced Diets
A balanced diet is a meal that contains all the essential nutrients. It is very important to always eat balanced diet by eat in the breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Balanced diet will supply all the essential nutrients needed by the vital organs in the body systems. It is also good to consume fruit regularly together with balanced diet so as to stay healthy all time.

Drink more water
Water is life because 80% of our body organs is made up of water. Drinking water regularly comes with a lot of health benefits. It helps to get rid of toxic substance in the bloodstream. It's also replenish our cells and let them remain active.

Engage in exercise daily
It is also important to engage in regular exercise. Regular exercise let our hearts to function properly. This ensures regular supply of blood and nutrients to other organs in the body systems.

Other things we can do to ensure a healthy lifestyle is to consume less sugar and salt, avoid smoking, Stay way from junk foods etc.
 
Do you really think that what you stated in the 3 points of your post will be a healthy lifestyle? We drink water when we are thirsty and in this tropical country we drink more water because of the heat. But that does not make us healthy even if we exercise daily. Some people drink a lot of water and eat a lot of food that they call balanced diet but those people are getting obese. When you are overweight then you are not considered healthy at all.

The main line of having a healthy lifestyle is a combination of many elements or factors. First in the list is diet and physical activity. I agree that a balanced diet is good but what exactly is balanced diet? My take on the diet is moderation. When you do not overeat then that is good because your body is not abused with too much food. Physical activity is the best instead of just exercise.
 
Those are very good tips to living a healthy lifestyle that you have mentioned. These things may sound so simple but most people find it hard to actually do them. For example, you will find people who find it really hard to stop eating junk food and focus on healthy diets.

Some of these things a lot of people are addicted to are somehow dangerous to the human body because anything you do out of addiction will definitely affect the body negatively because too much of everything is dangerous to the body.

There is nothing we can compare with healthy lifestyle. Ni matter how much we are making, health will still be decisive factor in our lives, that's why we need to take it so serious in order to improve on our healthy lifestyle.

First, we need to abstain from some lifestyles that may be inimical to our health. We need to desist for instance from smoking and taking alcohol. These two elements add no benefits to us and they rather destroy us than having positive effects on us. They destroy our kidneys and even the liver.

Exercising daily is also a good way of promoting healthy lifestyles. There are many exercises that we can engage in ranging from the simple ones to the difficult ones. This can help the body to increase its rate of metabolism and shedding away some excess fat though sweat. However, we need to be consistent in order to see the effect of any form of exercise we may want to engage in.


Eating balanced diet is also a decisive Factor. A balanced diet will contain the major classes of food in the right proportion. And we need to desist from eating a particular type of food everyday. A balanced diet will also ensure that we take food at adequate level. Some are fond of overfeeding themselves. They are only overburden the body.
 
To me, staying healthy really doesn't require a lot of effort or money. It's simply a matter or caring enough about one's health to the extent you do what should be done and avoid what should be avoided. It's just that we love comfort and easy lifestyles, so anything that seems out of that is something we avoid.

For example, even an exercise as simple as walking everyday can help a lot with fitness and health, but some people won't walk even half a kilometer when the situation calls for it.

When it comes to eating healthy meals, one just need to put a bit more effort into actually thinking about each meal, and.bow healthy it is. It can even be fun if done right.
