The need to keep fit and lose weight can't be over- emphasized because the best way to help the body turn out healthy is by keeping fit. Moving around with so much weight isn't healthy and as such losing it with portion control and lots of exercise will help. I do portion control to reduce weight

It is not even the best for people to keep so much fat in the body because it cans add more extra burden to some part of the body because they all have to satisfy the extra fat that we have Added into our body. it will also be very difficult for people who have so much fat in the body system to engage in exercise properly because of lack of stamina.

It is good to lose weight when obese or over weight because it will help us to be fit, healthy, strong and active so we should engage in exercise and avoid food that are high in calories as they also let the cholesterol in the body to be very high
