Third way is to start your own website or YouTube channel but it is not easy to reach the revenue of $100,000 in a year, you must find high quality topics and contents which people need, some popular websites and YouTube channels can easily make this amount in a year.
Fourth way is affiliate marketing where you share affiliate links and get paid after each sale, in order to reach $100,000 revenue per year using affiliate marketing you need to have big audience which trust you and your links.
Fifth way is to learn a digital skill and start freelancing, there are some expert freelancers who have $200/hour rates and can make more than $100,000 in a year.
